Reputation product
Dhando
Our own product: more genuine Google reviews, from a single link.

What They Came With
Asking customers for reviews works; asking them badly gets a business penalised. The constraint is that you may ask everyone and you may not filter by rating, and the product has to be useful inside that constraint.
What We Did About It
One public link per business
The customer rates their visit, gets help writing, and posts it to Google Maps themselves.
Writing help, not writing for them
Google cannot be sent pre-filled review text, and should not be. The product helps the customer say what they meant.
A private path for an unhappy customer
Low ratings route to private feedback instead of a public prompt — which is the line between asking for reviews and gating them.
