Who we are

What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to type into the project brief form:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• The service you are enquiring about
• The description of your project that you write
• Your indicative budget and target timeline, if you select them

We do not ask for, and the form does not accept, payment details, identity documents or any special category of personal data. Please do not include confidential information in the brief; a short description is enough to start a conversation.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session tracking, and it loads no fonts, scripts or images from any third-party server. Nothing about your visit is recorded unless you submit the form.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server request logs, which include IP addresses, for security and operational purposes. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.

Why we use it and on what basis

We use what you submit for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to discuss and deliver the work. That is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has contacted us, and it is the reason you filled in the form.

We do not add enquiry addresses to a marketing list, and we do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

Who processes it

Your submission is stored and delivered using service providers acting on our instructions — currently our website host and, where configured, a database and transactional email provider. They process the data only to provide those services to us. Some of them operate servers outside India, so your information may be stored or transmitted outside the country under those providers’ standard protections.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up a thread you started earlier. After that they are deleted. If a project goes ahead, records relating to it are kept for as long as tax and contract law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email tarun@gigzman.com and we will act on it within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, you may raise it with the relevant data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiry data is transmitted encrypted. We restrict who can read stored enquiries to the people who need to. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Changes

If we change how this site handles personal data — for example by adding analytics — we will update this page and the date at the top before that change goes live.
