At our sites one major problem was that labour was being managed day to day, but there was no real intelligence behind it. We could see attendance, but we could not see whether labour was being used properly. Once Haajri came in, the reports started showing where time and manpower were actually going. That helped us reduce waste and make better daily decisions at site level.
Our main issue earlier was labour visibility across sites. At one site the count used to be different, at billing time the number used to be different, and by month-end nobody was fully sure what was correct. After Haajri, that gap closed. The biggest gain for us was not just attendance, it was cost control. Once we started seeing actual deployment clearly, our labour cost came down by around 13%.
In our case the problem was scale. Me and my team running multiple units and shifts even a small attendance or overtime error becomes a large financial issue.
